Nov 01, 2009 · My Asus computer monitor will go to a black screen, almost like it has turned itself off. It might be working fine for any random amount of time when the computer is first turned on, but then it will suddenly go to a completely black screen. It doesn't matter what I was doing at the time whether I was watching, playing or typing something.
