28/06/2014 · I had some videos on my phone that I had not yet imported to my computer when I had to get my phone replaced due to a mic failure, OS corruption and bad battery. Hoping to get just the videos back. The Genius that helped with the new phone told me that if I restored my new phone using the old back up, the same OS corruption might be imported with it and my phone would fail again.
